Passionate in cooking, first one in, last one out, endurant in the kitchen. Always willing to learn to expand my skills, and able to learn from critique. Learned each function of a restaurant the hard way, starting as a dishwasher, then moving to busboy, server, then Sushi Chef. My Master was taught by his Wife’s Uncle in Japan.
