ABOUT
Hi, I’m Ben.
I’m Benyavut Jirasutayasuntorn. I work at the intersection of hardware, prototyping, and hands-on problem solving.
My experience spans drones, RFID systems, and wireless telecommunications. I help turn early ideas into working hardware—from intricate board rework and custom test fixtures to testing, manufacturing support, and deployment.
Making ideas tangible.
I’ve worked with teams at Skydio, Eventbrite, and Artemis Networks, supporting electrical and RF engineers through the practical details that bring a product to life. My current work is with a stealth startup.
My foundation is a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Cal Poly Pomona. I bring that analytical perspective to work that is often very physical: building, measuring, troubleshooting, and trying again.

Cooking is another way I explore ideas. This site brings together my Thai cooking, sushi and Japanese dishes, and experiments in the kitchen.
The food galleries are a place to share what I make, what I’m learning, and the details that make a dish worth revisiting.
